At DRT USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review our Return Policy below for information on how to return your item(s).

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at drtusafishing@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s).

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item(s) received were defective or damaged.

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return the original item(s) and place a new order on our website.
